How Are You Today? – Fridge Mood Meter

I present to you a fridge mood meter that might SAVE your relationship!

The idea is simple: a magnetic board with five emojis, each representing a different mood. You choose the face that best represents how you’re feeling that day and leave it visible for everyone at home.

It’s a fun and visual way to communicate.

You’ll know when someone is happy, tired, stressed… or when it’s better to offer a coffee before starting a conversation.

It’s super fun — and there’s a version in English and Portuguese.

🧩 How it works

• The board attaches to your fridge with magnets

• Each emoji also has its own magnet

• Simply swap the face daily to show your mood

🧲 Materials needed

You’ll need 11 magnets total:

• 4 magnets for the board

• 1 magnet for each emoji (5)

I used 10x3 mm neodymium magnets, but you can use any size.

👉 Simply adjust the magnet negative cylinders in your slicer to match your magnet size and add 0.25 mm tolerance for a perfect fit.

IMPORTANT: Depending on your magnet size, you may need to adjust the pause layer in your slicer settings to insert the magnets at the correct moment.          

🖨️ Printing

The file is pre-sliced and configured with pause points so you can insert the magnets into the board and emoji slots during the print.

Note: If you change the magnet size, make sure to adjust the pause layer in your slicer accordingly.

The model was designed for multicolor printing with AMS.

If you don’t have AMS:

• Print the emojis in one color

• Use acrylic markers to paint the details

The parts are small and very easy to color.
