Specifically engineered for standard 330ml (EU) and 12oz (US) cans, this rugged tactical mug is designed to protect your hands and keep your drink at the optimal temperature. Whether you're at the basecamp, in the workshop, or out on a mission, the charlie edition delivers maximum grip and durability.

🚨 Important Note for US Users (12oz / 355ml Cans): Please note that this Classic Charlie Edition was my very first version. While it fits the diameter of 12oz cans, they will sit slightly higher in this holder. Because of this, the HELiX Tactical Bug-Protection Lid cannot be used with this version for 12oz cans.

- 🧤 No Cold Fingers: The heavy-duty double-wall design acts as a thermal barrier, keeping the cold in the can and away from your hands.
- 🚫 Dry Grip (Anti-Condensation): No more wet, slippery hands! The holder catches condensation and features a dedicated drainage hole at the bottom to prevent water buildup.
Tactical Handle: Overbuilt for a secure grip, even when wearing gloves.
📏 Specifications:
- Compatibility: Standard 66mm diameter cans (330ml / 12oz).
- Dimensions: Optimized height of ~105mm for a perfect lip-to-can ratio.
- Design: Part of the HELiX Tactical ecosystem – rugged, functional, and soon modular (Adapter follows).
⚙️ Print Recommendations / Druck-Empfehlungen:
- Material: PETG or ASA (recommended for durability and temperature resistance). PLA works great for indoor use.
- Walls: 5-6 Wall Loops for maximum structural integrity (HELiX Style).
- Infill: 15-20% Gyroid for strength and moisture drainage.
Support: Designed for support-free printing (optimized 45° handle angle).
I have provided two dedicated print profiles to suit your needs:
- Performance (0.20mm): Optimized for speed while maintaining high structural integrity. Great for everyday use.
- Tactical High-Res (0.16mm): My personal recommendation for the smoothest finishand a premium tactile feel. This profile minimizes layer lines and brings out every detail of the HELiX design.

This is a decorative and functional accessory designed to hold sealed beverage cans only. Due to the porous nature of 3D-printed parts and potential chemical additives in filaments, this holder is not food-safe. Do not drink directly from the holder and avoid direct contact with unsealed liquids or food.
