• Threaded Rod: Print flat/lay-down orientation for maximum layer strength (that's why it's split). Add extra walls/perimeters (3–4 recommended) to beef it up—gives serious durability without bulking infill. 15–20% infill, 0.2mm layers. Fuzzy skin (0.08–0.12mm depth) transforms the grip into something grippy and premium-feeling, like textured rubber. Material: PETG shines here—tough, slight flex, resists snapping under repeated use or accidental drops. PLA or PLA+ work great too if you prefer; just prioritize those extra walls on the rod for real-world strength. Total print time ~2–3 hours at standard speeds.

Assembly Glue rod halves together first (align threads—light sanding if needed; CA glue or epoxy for a rock-solid bond).
