Description

I always wanted to do this...
And now that I finally had some free time, I was able to make a Pip-Boy-style bumper (frame/cover) for my Amazfit Bip 1. This is the full version, but there is also a soft (compact) version, which I will post for you a little later.
I created the model for easy attachment to the watch using latches. I also made two versions: a soft one with two side latches (easy to put on and take off, but may not be suitable for active people) and a hard one with latches on all four sides (fits more snugly, more suitable for active people).
My bumper also has a separate protective TPU sleeve (to protect the watch screen from scratches). I printed it from the TPU A93 I had, but I think any TPU you have will work (if you have a different TPU hardness, please adjust the slicer settings for your TPU grade). The sleeve is printed separately and simply inserted into the bumper before installing it on the watch.
The model is printed from PLA, without supports, face down on the printing plate. I printed in four colors using AMS - graphite, red, white, and lime (whatever I had on hand), but you can use any color combination of your choice.
