Description
🧡 Mold for Recycled Hearts
Mold printed in PETG to reuse multicolor filament scraps (poop, waste, or purge) and turn them into decorative hearts or keychains, reducing waste and creating unique pieces
⚠️ Safety Warnings
🔥 Risk of burns: hot PLA can cause severe burns
🧤 Do not handle with bare hands: use gloves or tools to move the hot material
😷 Wear a mask: avoid inhaling fumes when heating PLA
🛠️ Support tools: use tweezers, spatulas, or similar tools
⚡ Care when drilling: when making the keychain hole, avoid cuts and hold the piece firmly
🧯 Work in a ventilated area and on a heat-resistant surface
Step 1
Print the model as is, without modifying the profile
Step 2
Apply a thin layer of lithium grease (or similar grease) to the inside of the mold to facilitate demolding
Step 3
Collect filament scraps.
⚠️ Use exactly 4 grams per heart.
Heat the material with a heat gun until it is soft and moldable
Step 4
The mold consists of two lids and a negative mold.
Place one lid at the base, put the negative mold on top, insert the hot scraps, and close with the second lid
Step 5
Demold once the material has taken shape and let it cool completely
Step 6
Make the keychain hole with a mini grinder or rotary tool.
Done! You now have your recycled heart keychain ♻️🧡
