RYU: ULTIMATE EDITION (Street Fighter II)

Here is the third model of my new Street Fighter collection: RYU. This series, titled “Ultimate Edition”, is designed with multi-layer depth, textured clothing, and separate parts to achieve the finish and relief of a real collector's figure.

KEY FEATURES

3 Poses Included: Victory, Hadouken, and Shoryuken.
2.5D Assembly: Clothes and effects are designed to be glued onto the bodies, creating a relief.
Customizable Base: Organize the characters however you like on the base, featuring an engraved Street Fighter II logo.
Noir Background: Background image based on the original game selection screen (Black, Silver, Dark Grey, and White).
 

PRINT PROFILES

OPTION A: (1 AMS / 4 Colors)

Bodies, clothes, the Hadouken, and the hair ribbon are on separate plates for the best surface finish.
Assembly: You need to GLUE the clothes, the Hadouken, and the ribbon onto the bodies. I recommend using Gel Superglue (Cyanoacrylate) for total control.

OPTION B: (2 AMS / 8 Colors)

Ryu is printed as a single piece (Body + Clothes combined).

TOLERANCE TEST (Important Read)

The last plate contains a fit test. Print this first to verify your printer's accuracy.

The Design: All slots have a 0.25 mm offset relative to the tabs.
How to read it: If the token fits perfectly in the second slot, your settings are ideal (0 adjustment).
Adjustments: If it doesn't fit or is too loose, adjust the "X-Y Hole Compensation" setting on the 02-MAIN BASE plate.
+ 0.05: Makes holes larger.
- 0.05: Makes holes smaller.
Pro Tip: If the fit becomes loose after frequent use, a small piece of cardstock behind the tab will fix it perfectly.
 

RECOMMENDED SETTINGS

Layer Height: 0.2 mm
Line Width (1st Layer): 0.5 mm
Bottom Layers: 3
Infill: 15%
Top Surface: Monotonic Line.
Wall Generator: Arachne (Recommended for pixel details).
Filaments Used: I used the Smartfill Recycled range from Smart Materials, except for the skin tones (Skin and Tan Skin) from the same brand. The final finish may vary slightly depending on your filament brand due to the gradient techniques used in the model.
