Why this exists
The stock cable routing on the Bambu Lab A1 leaves the toolhead cable partially unsupported during Z-axis travel.
Over time, repetitive flexing concentrates stress near the toolhead connector.
This model was engineered to:
- Control bending radius
- Reduce cyclic fatigue
- Stabilize cable oscillation
- Improve long-term reliability
This is not cosmetic.
This is a mechanical reliability upgrade.
