This profile has been configured and tested to ensure that the magnets' "click effect" and the pickup's premium texture are perfect from the very first print.

• ⏱️ Total Time: 1h 59m (Balanced configuration).
• ⚖️ Model Weight: 34.04 g (Including purge and prime tower).
• 📏 Layer Height: 0.20 mm Standard.

• ✨ Pro Finish: Fuzzy Skin active on "Contour" (Distance: 0.4mm / Point: 0.3mm) for a look similar to the original.   

   

   

🎨 Color Management (AMS):

• Filament 1: Black PLA (Pickup body and base).
• Filament 2: Silver / White / Gold PLA (EMG Logo for a crisp contrast).

🛠️ Manufacturing Notes:

• 🧲 Magnet Tolerance: Holes are calibrated for 6x3 mm magnets with a 0.2 mm tolerance. They require glue, but the slightly larger clearance in the lid's fit allows room to adjust the holes for a press-fit if desired.

• 🧼 Build Plate: Configured for Textured PEI Plate. A prior cleaning with IPA is recommended to ensure the picks do not detach during printing.   

   

   

• 🧩 All-in-One: I have organized the plate so the base, lid, and 6 picks print simultaneously, optimizing the "one-click" workflow.
