Sanctum Coffer

Sanctum Coffer is a gothic architectural chest inspired by cathedral façades and vaulted ceilings. The arched lid echoes ribbed vault structures, framed by vertical bands and crowned with small spire-like finials that give the silhouette a distinct skyline.

The front panel is structured around repeating pointed arches supported by column forms, creating a rhythm similar to cloister arcades. The elevated feet and carved lower trim add weight and balance, keeping the composition symmetrical and grounded.

When opened, the interior reveals a clean storage space that contrasts with the detailed exterior. The outside suggests permanence and structure; the inside remains quiet and functional.

This piece feels less like a decorative box and more like a miniature fragment of architecture — as if a section of a gothic nave had been scaled down and given purpose.
