I wanted a Skyrim style helm for my cats, but unfortunately none of them were interested in wearing it, not even long enough for a pic. I would say the current size is about what's needed for a small to medium cat, but like I said, I couldn't get a good test fit. It's set up for critical region only with supports and with my printer it worked well. I added a few brim in the front to help with adhesion. If you give it a try, good luck getting the cat to wear it :)
