Description

PSOAS FRAME – Psoas Muscle Release Tool

Lower back pain. Neck stiffness. Brain fog. Shallow breathing. Anxiety. Chronic tension that just won't go away no matter how many stretches you do or how many pain relievers you take. If any of this sounds familiar, your psoas might be the reason.

What is it

The PSOAS FRAME is a deep tissue muscle release tool with an open frame structure. Two arched peaks apply sustained pressure directly to the target muscle while your bodyweight does the work. Rigid under full body weight and far more filament efficient than a solid version at only around 150 grams.

What it does

The PSOAS FRAME applies sustained pressure to deep muscle tissue, letting your bodyweight create the force needed to release chronic tension and restore your muscles to their natural resting length.

The psoas, often called the "muscle of the soul", sits deep in your hip and lower back and holds onto stress and tension for years without you noticing. When it stays chronically tight it pulls your spine out of alignment and causes a chain reaction through your whole body. Lower back pain, neck stiffness, hip pain, poor posture, shallow breathing, brain fog, anxiety, digestive issues, and even poor sleep have all been linked to a chronically tight psoas.

Releasing it through sustained pressure can restore mobility, ease pain, and help your body unwind patterns it has been carrying for a long time.

How to use:

  1. Place the frame on the floor, preferably on a yoga mat or carpet.
  2. Slowly lower yourself over the two peaks, aligning them with your lower abdomen and hip flexor region, just inside your hip bones.
  3. Breathe deeply using your diaphragm and let your bodyweight sink into the peaks for 30 to 60 seconds.

Can also be used on your glutes, hamstrings, lower back, upper back, neck, and more.
