LED diffuser note

To see the LED glow through the diffuser, use translucent filament (best) or light/bright colors (white, light gray, pastel tones). With dark or very opaque filaments, the LED will be barely visible or not visible.

Print recommendations

• Material: PLA
• Nozzle: 0.4 mm
• Layer height: 0.20 mm (0.16 mm for a cleaner finish)
• Walls: 3 perimeters
• Infill: 10–15%
• Supports: None (in the recommended orientation)
• Orientation: print the front and rear flat on the bed

For optimal results try 0.2 nozzle and 0.1 Layer height

Tolerances / fit notes

If your printer runs a bit tight, try one of these on the lid only:

• XY compensation +0.05 / +0.10 mm, or
• Scale X/Y to 101% for a looser slide

Could do a version with:

• Accesible reset button
• Accesible I2C port (i2c sh1.0-4p)
• Accesible IR
• Accesible pads, though I recommend to use I2C port, for cleaner connection and if you just need two ports thats more than enough
