Chilipad drain + pad cleanout tool ooler dockpro

Description
This is a finger saver drain tool for the sleepme chilipad systems. I designed this so you can either drain the unit only or clean out the pad by running water through it and out the barbed nozzle using ¼ inch vinyl tubing. The other tool you can find online or that it came with made you hold it against the unit and that was so annoying. I see chilipad sells and has their own model on thangs but this can do another feature that cannot.
I printed mine in PLA and it worked, but this took MANY MANY iterations before it stopped breaking upon installation, and still may break if you aren't careful pressing it on. Could also try SLA resin abs-like but I haven't tried it yet.
If you don't use my print profile fuzzy skin helps add grip for installation and removal, just add to outside faces only not inner dimensions obviously.
2 versions:
Unit drain tool: hook up and drain into sink / can run the power on the unit to quickly drain most of the water. Orientation doesn't matter.
Pad clean out / drain tool: Install with barb side up (aligned with top port of the unit). Then connect the pad hose to the drain tool.
Uses ¼ inch tubing on the barbed nozzle (be gentle installing it, it is thin here and could snap off)
Uses 7.65x1.78mm (ID 7.65 | 1.78mm thick) gaskets to help prevent water from leaking out the chilipad hose connector, if you skip it may leak.
- This version blocks the upper return outlet of the unit and instead reroutes the return line from the pad hose through the barbed nozzle.
- You can also use this to just drain the unit as well if you wish, potentially might have to flip it around.
- Once connected run the unit power on with the vinyl tubing connected to the barb and the unit water fill port open (to prevent suction issues as well), while simultaneously pouring fresh water through to flush out the pad.
If you move your pad somewhere near a sink and remove from your bed you can likely skip the tubing and just let it squirt into the sink instead. The tubing was so I can direct it into a bowl since I still had mine installed.
- You can also use it to blow water out of the pad too if you install it to the pad hose clip and use compressed air through the hole on the drain tool, it should push water through and out the barb (use lower pressure 10-15 psi! you don't need 20+ psi. to avoid damaging the pad or blowing it up or whatnot)
Installation Guide:

Unit normally flows water out through bottom and pad returns it to the top.
My tool re-routes this through the barb to empty or flush the pad out instead and blocks the top port.
