đĽ Balor Miniature â Demon of Overwhelming Rage
This miniature is part of the Monster Manual 2024 Collection, a series of iconic creatures faithfully reimagined as dynamic, tabletop-ready sculpts.
The Balor is not merely a demon â it is a living engine of annihilation. Towering over mortals, wreathed in flame and thunder, it commands legions through terror and raw destructive force. Where devils march in discipline, a Balor descends like a natural disaster.
The miniature depicts a massive, heavily muscled fiend in a wide, dominating stance. Its body is carved with molten fissures, as though magma burns beneath cracked demonic flesh. Broad, batlike wings extend outward in a controlled but aggressive spread â sculpted with reinforced membrane connections to ensure print stability while preserving their imposing scale.
Its horned head leans forward slightly, jaws parted in a snarl of overwhelming rage. The eyes glow with abyssal fire.
In one hand, the Balor wields a massive lightning blade â a greatsword sculpted with jagged, angular edges and subtle energy channels. The blade is thickened for durability while maintaining a crackling visual language. In the other hand, it lashes a flame whip, its infernal strands sculpted in semi-supported arcs that maintain structural integrity while conveying motion.
