Description
Fat Catzilla – When the house cat becomes a Kaiju! 🐾🦖

Do you know that feeling when the cat has eaten too much again and acts like the absolute ruling monster in the house? Then Fat Catzilla is exactly the right project for your printer!
This figure is the ultimate blend of a slightly overfed cat and the legendary Godzilla. With its deep skin folds, thick paws, and iconic back plates, this plump Kaiju is an absolute eye-catcher for any shelf and desk.
🎨 Perfect for Painting
The model is bursting with great textures! Whether you're a beginner or a pro: The deep folds and scale structures are excellent for airbrush and drybrush techniques to create truly brilliant contrasts.
💡 Important note about the whiskers!
To make the face look truly realistic (and a bit grim), the whiskers are not printed with the model. I simply glued them on separately after painting. For this, you can use pieces of an old brush, broom bristles, or thick nylon thread and attach them with a drop of super glue. This gives the figure the perfect final touch!
⚙️ Recommended Print Settings:
- Layer Height: 0.12 mm - 0.16 mm (The finer, the better the skin folds will show!)
- Infill: 10 - 15% (completely sufficient, the model is already very solid due to its shape)
- Supports: Yes, support structures are recommended for the belly, the underside of the arms, and the chin. Standard tree supports work best here.
Feel free to upload your finished and painted „Makes“! I'm super excited to see in which epic (or crazy) colors you bring your Fat Catzilla to life. Happy printing!
