Briefcase / Case with 1.75mm Filament Hinge

NOTE: Use 2.05mm Hole Files. 1.85mm hole file was too tight for some. Negative parts were added to bambu files and can be editted for better clearance should you need it. If you're printer has issues with tolerances I would recommend upscaling 5% so the filament fits more easily.

This is a briefcase with hinges that use 1.75mm filament scraps to hold it together. It prints with the exterior on the buildplate so it would be perfect to add logos to. 

Print this with supports for the handle and a support blocker on everything else. The 3MF files already have the support blockers built in. There are two different sizes of briefcases, one with the width at 99mm and the other at 198mm. The holes for the filament are 1.85mm for a bit of clearance to get the filament threaded in.
