🖥️ TCL TV Spacer – Wall Mount Adapter Pad
I designed this simple but practical spacer for TCL TVs, which serves as a pad between the back of the TV and the wall mount (VESA bracket).
🔧 Purpose
- Compensates for uneven surfaces on the back of the TV
- Ensures better contact between the TV and the wall mount
- Protects the plastic back panel from pressure damage
- Helps with installation when bumps or curved surfaces interfere with the bracket

- Designed for TCL TVs (VESA compatible)
- Simple and strong construction
- Easy to print, no supports required
- Can be scaled if needed
🧵 Recommended Print Settings
- Material: PLA / PETG (PETG recommended for higher strength and heat resistance)
- Infill: min. 40–60%
- Perimeters: at least 4
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
