KTM EXC side stand extra wide foot

Made for my 2022 KTM EXC 250 TPI but very likely to suit a wide range of KTM EXC's from years before and after. Having melted off the original plastic foot when getting the side stand powder coated, I thought it would be wise to make a new foot that has a much bigger surface area. I live in Scotland and more often than not, when I put my stand down when out trail riding, the bike sinks and falls over. 

My apologies as the STL file which I uploaded from Autodesk Fusion is very amateur, but it works fine to print as long as the stand is put on it's side so that layer lines run up towards the inside of the stand from the base. 

In the slicer, I used a 35% infill, 10 wall layers, layer hight of 0.08mm for as much strength I could get and printed it in my strongest filament I have which is ABS-GF. I used an M8x1.25 thread allen bolt to reinforce the fitting once it was pressed in. 

* requires a small fillet to be cut out to allow it to be pressed in the stand as, from the factory, the stands have a dimple punched in to secure the original plastic foot.*
