Description

The PowerDonut is a donut-shaped 3D printed enclosure designed for a circular ESP32-based energy display using a 1.28” GC9A01 round TFT.

It turns your ESP32 + round display into a clean, minimal desk energy monitor.

This enclosure is designed for:
    •    ESP32 Dev Module
    •    1.28” GC9A01 circular display (240x240)
    •    Custom LVGL UI built with ESPHome

🧵 Surface Finish Tip

For a unique matte texture, I wrapped the printed donut with a thin women’s nylon stocking before final assembly.
This gives the enclosure a subtle fabric-like surface finish.
