Stackable Circular Tower Organizer Shelf

Thinking about organization, display, product promotion for beauty or home items, I developed an elegant and modest model to showcase and have the product you desire visible in its 360 degrees.

Features:

• Design.- Experience with similar models has allowed me to develop a functional design capable of storing small and large products. This particular one stands out for its circular shape with two support points, which allows for 360-degree access to its contents.

   

• Target Users.- it is designed for two audiences:

  • Home.- Primarily for ladies' cosmetics, which are often placed on their dressing tables or nightstands and in bathrooms. With this model, they will be able to conveniently organize and access them.

     

• Commercial.- the model was designed for people who need to promote their products with ease, having visual accessibility or manual access to acquire them.
• Versatility.- Although the model is primarily designed for cosmetic products, its utility is open, allowing it to be used for any desired need.
• Stackable or Segments.- The model was designed to be stackable, by printing the two columns and the top part, and then installing it on top of the complete assembly as many times as needed.
• Capacity.- The internal diameter capacity is 20 cm for storage; however, the weight is limited to objects that are not too heavy, such as cosmetics, decorations, accessories, and more.
• Accessibility.- Its cylindrical design allows it to be placed anywhere or at any end, providing effortless access to its contents. Additionally, its upper edge prevents the contents from falling out.
• Resistance.- The model is designed to be resistant but not indestructible. With excessively heavy objects, it may deform. It is recommended not to overload it and to place heavier objects near the columns.
• Efficient Design.- Its development has taken time and involved several variations aimed at improving its quality and addressing presented needs. Consideration was also given to the amount of material required and printing time; for models of these dimensions, printing hours are usually very high, so I have considered quality, capacity, and economy.

Printing Features:

Recommended Filament: PETG or PLA.

3 walls 10% infill.

Supports Yes (Normal - on the columns).

Tolerance: 0.2mm

ASSEMBLY

1) Clean the supports from the columns; these are designed to fit snugly.

2) Insert the columns into the base holes.

Note: As you can see, they must follow the shape's contour.

3) Once the two columns are in place, put the upper container on top.

STACKABLE SYSTEM

To install a new platform segment, simply print part1, part3, and part4, or the print profile. These are installed in the same way as in the assembly.

NOTE: The model can be stacked by printing the profile with the same name.
