Threads directly into the oil fill port on Kawasaki's modern parallel-twin, single-cylinder, and inline-4 platforms. This covers most Kawasaki models from the mid-2000s onward that use the newer, smaller oil fill port.

Fitment: Ninja 650, Ninja 500, Ninja 400, Ninja 250, Ninja 1000SX, Ninja 1100SX, ZX-4R/4RR, Z900, Z900RS, Z1000, Z800, Z650, Z400, Z125 Pro, Vulcan S, Versys 650/1000/1100, Eliminator 450/500, KLX230, KLX250, KLX300, W230, and more.

Ninja 500 (2024+): Fits, but requires fairing panel removal to access the oil fill port.

Does NOT fit: ZX-10R, ZX-6R, ZX-14R, H2, Ninja 300, KLR650, Vulcan 800/900/1500, or any Kawasaki with the larger, older-style oil fill cap — use the Kawasaki ZX Ninja Funnel with those models.

• PETG or other higher temperature material
• 0.4mm nozzle
• 0.2mm layers for the main body, 0.1mm layers for the threads
• Slow down for threads
• 3 wall loops
• Arachne (This ensures fast printing and structural integrity for the main body)
• 20%+ infill
• No support
