Imperial Washer Generator #4–1/2" Standard/Fender

This parametric generator creates imperial washers from #4 up to 1/2" with selectable Standard or Fender (large diameter) types, adjustable print clearance, and optional inner chamfer for improved screw fit and easier assembly.

The default proportions follow common hardware dimensions used for imperial fasteners. Thickness can also be customized when a spacer or non-standard height is required (set Height = 0 to use the default value).

The chamfer only affects the inner hole edge and does not change the nominal washer dimensions.
