This is a 5.5” Mighty Hoop Stabilizer Insert designed to sit inside the hoop and help keep stabilizer/backing more stable during setup/hooping.
If you’re tired of stabilizer creeping, wrinkling, or walking around while you’re trying to hoop consistently, this insert acts like a rigid guide/support so the stabilizer stays flatter and more controlled.
What it’s for
- Stabilizing cutaway / tearaway / no-show mesh while hooping
- Helping reduce stabilizer shifting while aligning garments
- Improving repeatability when you’re doing multiple pieces in a run
What it’s NOT
- It’s not an official Mighty Hoop part (just a helpful shop tool)
- It won’t fix bad hooping technique, but it does make consistency easier

How to Use (quick steps)
- Hoop your stabilizer as usual.
- Place the insert inside the hoop opening.
- Smooth stabilizer flat against the insert.
- Proceed with garment alignment/hooping.
