Description
This is a custom-designed bike mount adapter for the Nitecore EDC37 flashlight. The EDC37's flat profile makes it a challenge to mount with traditional brackets, so this adapter provides a secure and stable solution.
The mount is designed to interface with the Insta360 quick-release adapter, but it is also fully compatible with standard GoPro mounting fingers. This makes it perfect for attaching your light to handlebar mounts, helmets, or any other action-camera accessories.
Features:
- Precision Fit: Specifically designed for the Nitecore EDC37 body.
- Dual Compatibility: Works seamlessly with both Insta360 and GoPro ecosystems.
- Side-Clamp Design: Features a side-tightening screw to ensure the flashlight stays put even on rough terrain.
- Print Settings (Optimized for Bambu Lab P1S & ASA):
- Material: ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate). Chosen for its excellent UV resistance and high thermal stability, essential for outdoor use and high-power flashlight heat.
- Infill: 100% (Solid). Set to 100% to ensure maximum strength and durability for the mounting tabs and the clamping mechanism.
- Wall Loops: 4-5. Even with 100% infill, high wall count increases the structural integrity of the screw holes.
- Layer Height: 0.16mm or 0.20mm. 0.16mm is recommended for smoother threads and better fitment on the GoPro/Insta360 fingers.
- Enclosure: Since you are using the P1S, keep the door and top lid closed to maintain a stable chamber temperature and prevent ASA from warping or cracking.
- Bed Surface: Textured PEI plate with a bed temperature of 90°C - 100°C is recommended. Use a brim if you notice any lifting at the corners.
- DISCLAIMER: This is a DIY 3D-printed part. Use it at your own risk. I am not responsible for any damage to your flashlight, bicycle, or other equipment resulting from the use of this mount. Please ensure the mount is printed with high-quality materials (ASA recommended) and check the integrity of the part before every ride.
