Please read!
A 0.2 mm nozzle is required, 0.1 mm layer height, no supports. I printed with PLA Basic from Bambu Lab in black. I recommend using this or another well-calibrated PLA
Since there seems to be no standard for this type of coupling, this coupling does not fit every vehicle equally well. On my vehicles, the magnetic coupling has been tested in system operation and continuously improved. Traction is absolutely sufficient, 150 cm trains were pulled over a 1.5% incline without problems
Coupling distance
There are three different coupling lengths
(S) Small
(M) Medium
(L) Large
(XL) Extra Large
The respective coupling length is printed on the underside of the coupling
Magnets
N52 magnets with 1.5mm diameter and 1.5mm depth are used here. I ordered the magnets here

Assembly
For assembly, the magnets are fully pressed into the holes. Pointed pliers can be an advantage as some force is required. No glue is needed
