I am a dad of two beautiful daughters and I enjoy letting them discover the multiverse through 3D printed nerd objects
This is one of the models from my collection, which I share with those who love 3D printing, also to receive constructive advice and improve more and more
I am a big Bambu Lab fan and all my prints are made with P2S and A1 Mini

I do test prints at a reduced scale (8 cm) to test the stability and rendering of the model
But there's an important thing: if you print it larger, around 15 cm, in addition to gaining details, you also gain ease of printing
My advice? Enlarge it as much as you want
You only need a minimum basic knowledge of slicing. If you have doubts, write to me and I'll gladly help you

For testing, I printed it at 8 cm:
PLA Basic white
0.16 extra fine
hybrid tree supports
10 mm outer brim
object spacing 0 mm

The supports are very delicate. They are removed without damage, but one at a time, slowly, with tweezers and patience. No need to go Rambo on the support... or you'll cry

If you want to collect them all... come here (the trap is ready):

i love you!

Technical notes (the truth, not poetry)

I prefer to print in single color and paint after priming with acrylic markers
The colored images are just examples of coloring: then everyone goes by personal taste
The design comes from an AI generation (Tripo), manually refined and tested in FDM to ensure real printability
The "real" photos are the monochrome white ones

The part that decides if you print or swear: bed adhesion

I use CryoGrip Pro Frostbite and the adhesion is so strong that the prints seem to have taken out a mortgage on the bed: they never detach
I mainly use Bambu filaments and have no problems

If you have a different setup:

Focus first and foremost on adhesion
Use dry and quality filament
Do things cleanly

Kinda like the idea, but seeing it as a single color print without the picture right next to it I don't think anyone would really "get" it. Would be cool for people with some painting skill though, sadly that's not me.😆

good observation, this is only skillful painting after all how could it be done??? either this way or nothing was done, I didn't like the 3D lettering

Replying to @Gara :
I think if you rethink it as a holder for the lubricant can there would be much less to paint, the effect would be the same since you would only have to put an old can on top of it *or make a label in Photoshop to stick on your print

I loved the idea but it would be better for a real can, you should develop it

I love this idea, but what would take it to the next level is if it were “storage” for an ACTUAL can of WD-40. That would dramatically cut down on the filament needed (and particularly the amount of colors needed), while also giving it a functional purpose. I’d print that in a heartbeat!

great idea, one could instead think of making only the 3 games with 3 magnets that attach to the spray can but if it were a container it would be awesome!!! I'll think about it!!! thank you!!!!
