Power Box Enclosure – PCE Schuko + Neutrik powerCON TRUE1 (Original Design)

This is a fully custom-designed, original 3D-printable enclosure for audio engineers, stage technicians, event production crews, and anyone who needs a compact, professional-grade power distribution box. The design was created entirely from scratch, inspired by client-specific needs — it is not a clone of any commercial product.

 

The reference build is inspired by real-world touring solutions such as the Contrik Power Strip XO CPVT6RD 

(https://www.contrik.com/en/product/power-strip-xo-cpvt6rd), but it is not dimensionally or structurally identical and should not be considered a replica.

 

What fits inside:

The enclosure is configured for PCE 50x50 mm IP54 Schuko-style push-in outlets (screwless connection technology):

The geometry can be adapted to other compatible 50x50 mm panel-mount sockets.

This gives you a clean power IN / power OUT path in a single compact housing.

 

Overall external dimensions: 272 mm x 80 mm x 67.08 mm

 

Print recommendation:

I strongly recommend printing this in ABS for maximum durability, impact resistance, and heat tolerance. PLA is not recommended for this application. Suggested infill: 30-50%, 3-4 perimeter walls to reinforce all connector cutouts.

 

Branding note:

The model includes an embedded logo and the text "KOZAK SYSTEM" — this is the logo of a friend of mine. If you keep it on your print, it becomes free advertising for his brand. Of course, you are welcome to remove or replace it if you prefer a clean, logo-free version.

 

This is a 100% original work modeled entirely by me. No part of this design is copied from any commercial product. It was developed based on specific engineering and touring use-case requirements.

 

Design accuracy note:
To ensure a precise fit for all connectors, I used the actual 3D models of both the PCE Schuko outlets and the Neutrik powerCON TRUE1 connectors during the design process. The enclosure geometry was modeled directly around these components, so every cutout and mounting position is sized for exactly those specific parts — just as specified by the client.

 

Raw model included:
The raw source file (STL) is included in the upload so that anyone interested can modify the model to fit their own sockets, connectors, or layout preferences. Adapt it freely to your needs.
