Description

I have a lot of bottles for Vape Juice… It was taking up a lot of table top space with traditional bottle stands. I found this original model by Novera that was designed for holding bottles of paint. I adapted it to work with Vape Juice bottles. I scaled the model to account for the largest 120ml chubby bottle - then added small ring adapters that allow you to use the same space for 30ml or 60ml bottles. This way you don't end up with wasted space for specific size bottles like so many other models. The model was originally designed to be placed on a desk - but I mounted mine entirely on the wall. Using drywall anchors and screws the rack is rock solid with no movement whatsoever. The original tilt function is retained, allowing you to easily slide the model forward to load and unload bottles while still being fairly close together. I also adjusted the size of the side pieces to more snuggly fit when assembling the model before mounting it to the wall.

No need for supports if you are in a hurry - but the arch will print much cleaner if supports are added. I printed mine in PETG since they tilt and rotate. I imagine PLA would be fine thou as long as you don't change bottles all that often. Each outside facing wall piece I printed using my carbon fiber weave plate, which gives a nice aesthetic. The other inside walls are not really seen so these I just used my textured plate. I added a red row of color to break up the black. I used 10% infill but this was probably overkill. You could probably get way with 5% if you need to save on filament.

To assemble the first row you just need to print the first plate in the file with 2 wall mounted support brackets. Once you move on to the second row stacked on top of that, you only need to print 1 wall mounted support bracket per kit. This is because they stack on top of each other. If you are planning on stacking on top of a desk or flat surface (instead of mounting to a wall) print the 6th plate using the bottom desk stand for the first row. The subsequent rows will not need the desk stand since they also stack on top of each other. Any higher then 2 rows thou and you should stabilize them by screwing it into the wall.

Here is the assembly instructions from the original model:

How It Works

  • Base Module → 3 slots + 2 side supports
    • Print as many as you need
  • 45° Tilt → tiltable trays for easy access and full visibility
  • Perfect Snap-Fit → side supports lock into bases with a solid click

Print the Base Modules

  • Open the base module file (includes 1 row of 3 slots + 2 side supports)
  • Duplicate in your slicer and print as many copies as needed
  • Snap Together
  • Mount the assembled pieces to the wall using M3 or M4 screws and drywall anchors. No need to print the bottom table plate if doing this.
  • You can forgo mounting to the wall if you like and use the table base adapter instead. This allows you to stack the bottles without screwing them into the wall. Any higher then two rows thou and you should stable them by attaching to the wall.
  • Stack additional rows on top connectors
  • Tilt trays to 45° → ready to use!

Good luck and happy vaping.
