Description

Couldn't find a zero-clearance insert for the LS1019/LS1019L here so I made one. I've included the STEP files in case you want to make any changes to it yourself, up to you.

I've modeled the rail supports as well, so it should hold up a bit better than just a flat plate. This is the first version I'm happy with, but in future, I think I'd probably connect the left and right inserts. Either way, this one works just fine.

You don't have to glue the two parts together on each rail, but I'd recommend it. CA glue should be fine.

I've also modeled a version that's a 1:1 copy of the OEM part (except for the connecting dovetails in the middle), which I can post if anyone wants it?

The whole thing is 100% infill by the way. I found this works better, and I've minimised the amount of filament used (taking inspiration from the OEM part). After installing, make sure you take a slow and steady cut to keep things clean.

I've printed this one in PETG, but PLA works fine too.
