Great design, thanks. But screw holes should preferably go through the layers, not across. Because otherwise a screw can split the part. I think your design is much stronger when printed vertically. I have created a print profile for that. Had you shared your design under a license that allowed remixes, I could have done a better jobs.

Great hinges perfect for my greenhouse thanks 😊 I've used m3 threaded rod and drill it with 3.2 mm drill bit. works amazing 👌
