0.08mm Extra Fine, 0.2 nozzle, 0.04mm layer height Thank you so much for sharing this—it's so creative yet simple at the same time! I like to use keychain files as earrings for myself, so I resized it to 30 x ~31.5 x ~6.2 and merged all the parts together. It took about 13.5 hours in the AMS, but I think it was worth it. And, they look much better, smoother in person. The camera always captures every imperfection... I made two different versions for myself: one with a lighter controller color and a darkened top, and the other with more traditional colors. I’d be happy to upload my file if you’d like.

No, the parts have 0,15mm tolerance and hold themself. But you can use it if you want.

There are great! I do recommend putting on top layer ironing and lowering layer height to .12 for a smooth finish.
