Reversible shifter plate to be used with arcade joy sticks like Sanwa. This helps gate the joystick to a 2-way sequential pattern, provides visual enhancement, and provides players with shift pattern instruction. Can work great for Arcade1Up racing mods or custom home made racing arcade machines. Allows user to implement a standard joy stick for a sequential shifter as opposed to having to purchase an expensive alternative.
