I found the original model for wall-mounting the ZST39 USB dongle on Printables: https://www.printables.com/model/1187460-zooz-zst39-800-lr-z-wave-stick-wall-mount-remix
I added rack ears for easy mounting if you have a rack nearby. Both left and right hand orientation are included. Delete the one you don't need.
