🔋 HELiX Tactical 18650 Battery Vault – 24-Cell Edition
Part of the HELIX Tactical line of rugged storage solutions. This vault is specifically designed to store, protect, and organize up to twenty-four 18650 lithium-ion cells. Keep your power source safe and accessible for all your demanding missions and projects.
✨ Key Features & Specifications
- Capacity: holds 24x 18650 cells in four vertical rows.
- Design: Robust, rectangular design following the HELiX Tactical aesthetic.
- Protection: Snug fit to prevent rattling, short circuits, and impact damage.
- Access: friction-fit lid for quick access (no complex threads).
- Dimensions: ca. 122 mm x 84 mm x 75 mm (~4.80" x 3.31" x 2.95")
💡 The HELiX Lineup
This model joins the existing HELiX family of containers:
- Round EDC Container: Waterproof version with TPU gasket (Small & Large).
- Compartment Container: Multi-slot organizer (4, 6, & 8 internal dividers).
Future releases will include dedicated vaults for AA and AAA battery formats!
⚙️ Print Recommendations
- Material: ASA or ASA-CF (highly recommended for UV and heat resistance) or PETG.
- Walls: 3–4 wall loops for maximum impact resistance and durability.
- Layer Height: 0.2 mm is sufficient for this design.
- Infill: 15–25% (Gyroid recommended for strength and resilience).
- Supports: Designed to print support-free.
Note: This container features a friction-fit lid (plug-in style). It does not lock or screw into place.
Please secure the lid with a strap or tape during transport to prevent accidental opening.
