Description
These 20mm bench dogs are designed to work perfectly with my MFT 20mm Hole Routing Jig, providing accurate indexing during template positioning and reliable workholding on any 20mm / 96mm MFT-style workbench.
The standard dogs are sized for a clean, consistent fit in freshly routed 20mm holes and are ideal for:
• Locating and indexing the routing jig
• Positioning guide rails
• Registering fences and straight edges
• General MFT clamping and alignment tasks
In addition to the standard locating dogs, this set includes functional variations for broader shop use, including extended-height and slotted versions for clamping accessories or custom setups.

These dogs are intended to complement the routing jig and create a complete, modular MFT setup.
Fit & Tuning
For best results, print one test dog and fine-tune X-Y compensation locally in Bambu Studio if a tighter or looser fit is preferred. A slight clearance is recommended for smooth indexing.
Printing Notes
Optimized for PLA with high wall counts for strength and durability. Walls provide most of the structural rigidity; infill can remain moderate.
