Description
Here is the NCR Ranger Power Armor Helmet as seen in Season 2 of Fallout the television series and Fallout 76. It Fits perfectly on the large build plates and is fairly easy to assemble. It uses glue and a few screws to assemble. I have the flashlight hollow and screws together if you want to fit LEDs inside easily.

Added a profile with 2 options for flashlight lenses. One is flat and the other is convex and is slotted to fit a KC002 magnet light
Lenses Tutorial
I made a quick and easy option for lenses. The container was $1.50 at Dollar tree. Just use the stencil and trace out the two shapes making sure to be as far from the curved surface as you can. Make sure you're using good sharp scissors and take your time so you don't split the plastic.
