Description

This Raspberry Pi case is made for the Geekworm X1001 PCIe to M.2 NVMe SSD Shield (top version) for the Raspberry Pi 5.

Yes, I know the real-life photos aren’t great, I was honestly too lazy to take better ones.

There’s a photo of the X1001 below this description so you can clearly see which board this case is designed for.

BOM

Case parts:

  • 4× M2.5 × 6 mm male–female standoffs
  • 3× M2.5 × 10 mm male–female standoffs
  • 1× M2.5 nut
  • 1× 30 × 30 × 7 mm fan

Included with the X1001:

  • 7× M2.5 × 5 mm screws
  • 3× M2.5 × 17 mm female–female standoffs

I originally designed this as a compact travel case. I recently bought a newer shield (Geekworm X1002), so I’ll be designing a smaller and more compact case for that one.

If you’re interested, let me know then I’ll share that design as well.
