Description

Brembo Brake Fluid Reservoir Covers (Front + Rear) – 3D Printed

These are custom protective covers for Brembo brake fluid reservoirs, designed in two sizes:

  • Front (large) reservoir cover
  • Rear (small) reservoir cover

They add a cleaner look to the cockpit area and help protect the plastic reservoir from UV, dust, light scratches, and daily wear. I printed mine in PETG-CF for maximum stiffness and a premium matte finish.

I’m sharing two logo variants:

  • Brembo logo
  • Triumph logo

Features

  • Set includes 2 covers: front (large) + rear (small)
  • Designed to fit snugly around the reservoir without interfering with normal use
  • Protects the reservoir body from sun fading and cosmetic damage
  • Clean “OEM+” look, especially on naked bikes with exposed controls
  • Two branding styles: Brembo or Triumph

Material recommendation

Because this part sits near the braking system and is exposed to heat, UV and weather:

  • PETG-CF (recommended)
  • ✅ ASA / ABS (good alternatives)
  • ✅ PA12 / PA6 (excellent, if you print nylon)
  • PLA not recommended (softens with heat and ages faster in sun)

Print settings (suggested)

  • Layer height: 0.16–0.20 mm
  • Walls/perimeters: 4
  • Infill: isn’t necessary for this shape
  • Supports: yes (light supports inside the cutouts, depending on your slicer)
  • Brim: optional, if you want extra bed adhesion

Installation

  • Slide the cover over the reservoir and align the window/cutout.
  • Make sure it does not touch the cap seal area and does not interfere with hoses, wiring, or lever movement.
  • Double-check clearance at full steering lock (front) and full suspension travel (rear).

Notes & disclaimer

  • This is a cosmetic/protective cover, not a brake component.
  • Always ensure the fluid level remains visible (use the cutout window) and that the cover doesn’t trap heat or moisture.
  • Use at your own risk and always inspect your braking system regularly.

Thank you for your comment, probably the 2013 model has a different reservoir than the newer models 🥲

Thank you! I've never liked the look of the naked reservoir and this is an ideal solution. Cheers
