Universal Post with STOP, No Parking Signs

Modular Post – universally usable for blocking, delimiting, or playing

Includes STOP, One-Way Street, and No Parking signs (for H-Series).

Modular System:

All elements are modularly designed and can be screwed together securely without additional material using a two-start thread. The design is engineered for simple, reliable, and largely support-free printability.

Base Variants:

Several base types are available for maximum compatibility:

• Screw-on Base For wood, stone or other surfaces – suitable for all 3D printers.
• Cross Base In variants matching the respective build plate.
• H2-Series Optimized for H2 printers. Note: When switching between H2D and H2C, the base must be moved to the correct nozzle side.
• P2S & A1
• X1C, P1S, P1P

Column Elements:

Available in three lengths:

• 100 mm
• 150 mm
• 200 mm

Can be combined as desired. The printed thread ensures a stable connection; a small cone at the end of the thread centers the parts and allows for a clean transition.

Caps:

Three screw-on variants:

• Tulip shape
• Flat
• With slot for inserting signs

Additionally available:

• Double eyelet
• Quadruple eyelet

These can be screwed between column elements or between a column and a cap – ideal for chains, ropes, or barrier tapes.

Signs (H-Series):

Two-color printable up to the maximum H-Series size of 295 mm.

Mounting options:

• simply insert
• glue in
• securely fix with M4 brass threaded nut (AB016) + M4 grub screw

Printing Notes:

• Support is only needed for the tulip-shaped cap.
• All other parts are fully support-free printable.
• TPU-AMS is also suitable and makes the parts extremely robust. Especially recommended for the screw-on base, as it is subjected to higher loads.
