Description
Bolt Rifle Inspired Prop – 3D Print
This is my design inspired by the Bolt Rifle.
The trigger can either be glued in place for a static build or fitted with 10 mm × 20 mm springs to make it functional. The safety switch is movable and held in place with a friction fit.
Model Details
- 34 individual parts
- Parts that need to be printed twice are marked “X2”
The main body is provided in two versions:
- Full-size version for larger printers
- Cut version designed to fit smaller printers
All images of the printed version were produced using a Bambu P1S.
Printing Information
- All STL files are pre-oriented in the correct direction for printing
- Includes both STL files and 3MF files for Bambu printers
- Supports are required
- Normal supports are recommended for the best balance of speed and print quality
Design Notes
My designs take seams and sanding into consideration. Where possible, parts are split in ways that minimise visible seam lines and make sanding easier before painting.
