This miniature is part of the Monster Manual 2024 Collection, a series of iconic creatures faithfully reimagined as dynamic, tabletop-ready sculpts.
The Azer Sentinel is not a raging inferno ā it is controlled heat.
A walking bastion of smoldering metal and disciplined fury.
This miniature depicts a stout, heavily armored dwarf-like elemental being, its body forged from living brass and iron. Flames crown its head like a blazing helm, rising upward in controlled tongues of fire rather than chaotic eruption. The expression is stern and immovable ā a guardian who does not retreat.
In one hand, the sentinel grips a massive forge-hammer, squared and utilitarian, built for crushing rather than flourish. In the other, a broad shield glows with internal heat, etched with flame motifs that appear almost molten beneath the surface. The shield is not decorative ā it is a barrier of living ember and iron discipline.
The stance is grounded and immovable. Feet planted wide upon cracked volcanic stone, subtle lava glow visible between the fissures. The posture conveys defense first ā a sentinel holding the line against intrusion.
