Summary

The fairly cheap TC-SR 18 Li BT is a BT speaker, that runs on the Einhell PXC 18V Tools Battery. So it will be mostly used in working/constructing environment. BUT the membrane of the "subs" are fully exposed without any protection what so ever. In my eyes a critical design flaw. since the edges are from rubber they can take impacts from falling down or being dropped something on it.
So I designed this guard. Key features: Guard fits flat into the rubber grooves, so in case of falling down, the rubber edges still take most likely the impact. Holes on the front designed for maximum air throughput without sacrificing too much of rigidity. Sound difference with and without the guard are not really noticeable. Nothing crackling, vibrating or distorting the sound.
You are welcome to use it for personal use as much as you want. Feel remix / optimize but some sort of credit to this would be nice. NO COMMERCIAL USE!

Notes:

Printed the test samples with PLA, but you can use whatever you like. PLA: Easy to Print, cheap to replace, if broken. PETG less likely to break and better for outside sun exposure. ABS, ASA, whatever. You now best ;-)
