📏 Design & Scale

• Base-Free Design: This model is engineered to stand perfectly on its own without the need for an integrated base, providing a clean, modern aesthetic for your display shelf.
• Scale: The default height is 10cm (100mm), but the geometry is fully scalable to suit your collection needs.
• Armored Detail: Features intricate plate overlapping and mechanical vents that look incredible with metallic filaments.

⚙️ Technical Print Settings (FDM Optimized)

This profile has been tested to ensure a reliable and good-quality print.

• Nozzle: 0.4mm Standard.
• Layer Height: 0.12mm (Optimal for capturing mechanical edges and armor curves).
• Walls/Perimeters: 2 Loops.
• Infill: 15% Grid pattern for internal stability.
• Supports: Custom Organic Tree Supports are included in the profile for easy, clean removal.

🛠️ Critical Post-Processing Tip (Read Carefully!)

The armor features four delicate stabilization wings located on the shoulders. To ensure these do not snap during support removal, please follow this procedure:

1. Do NOT pull the supports away immediately.
2. Use your flush cutters (tronchesine) to gently snip and loosen the support attachment points around the wings first.

3. Once loosened, pull the support material downwards away from the wings. This directional movement is key to keeping the delicate shoulder fins intact.

    

Technical & Creative Note: This design is based on an AI generation (Tripo) that I have manually refined and tested on FDM prints to ensure printability and quality. The featured photo is of the actual physical print. I’ve included AI-colored renders only as a visual reference for those who wish to paint the miniature.
