Description
Functional replica of the component "ISOLATION" with product number 4931480458 for the M18 system. This model was deliberately designed for structural loads and not as a decorative spare part.
Printed on a Texture Plate made of PAHT-CF (carbon fiber reinforced high-temperature nylon) with a 0.6 mm nozzle and 0.30 mm layer height. The wall structure is designed to be reinforced to ensure high vibration resistance, good dimensional stability, and increased temperature resistance. PAHT-CF offers significantly lower moisture absorption compared to classic nylon or PLA prints and is much more suitable for real tool environments.
The metal rails of the original part can be taken over and inserted into this model. Additionally, a separate hold-down clamp for the plug connection is located on build plate 2, as this was worn out on my original part. This allows for repairing not only broken housing parts but also a worn-out plug fixation.
The matte, technical-looking surface is material-dependent. Support contact surfaces may show slight textures. The model is intended as a compatible replica and not an original part from the manufacturer. Use is at your own risk.
