Description
3D model of a corner protector specifically designed for 25mm wide slings. The piece creates a wide radius at the corner to prevent the strap from marking or deteriorating when working with loads or under tension, distributing pressure over a larger surface. The central channel guides the sling and keeps it aligned, reducing the risk of slipping
The geometry is designed for FDM printing: walls thick enough to withstand lateral tension, chamfers on the edges to improve strength, and a solid interior in critical areas. Recommended for use with 25mm slings in lashing, transport, and general fastening applications where both the load and the strap itself need protection
