Parametric RC shock absorber piston designed for small diameter shocks where center holes become unprintable.
Instead of center holes, this version uses edge cutouts, allowing oil flow even on very small pistons while remaining easy to print.
All parameters are configurable inside Makerworld:
– Outer diameter
– Inner hole diameter (shaft)
– Piston thickness
– Number of edge cutouts
– Size of the cutouts
This version exists specifically for cases where traditional center-hole pistons fail due to nozzle size or wall thickness limits. If you have a 0.2 mm nozzle available, definitely check out THIS design.
