Description

LiFePO4 M6 Terminal Safety Covers for Prismatic Cells (LF280K) – Single & Dual 71mm

Protective terminal covers designed for prismatic LiFePO4 battery cells with M6 threaded studs.
These covers are intended to improve electrical safety and prevent accidental short circuits in high-current battery packs (24V / 48V systems).

Compatible with:

  • EVE LF280K (v2 / v3) – 280Ah
  • Other prismatic LiFePO4 cells with M6 terminal studs and similar geometry

Dual Cover Version

  • Center-to-center spacing between mounting holes: 71 mm
  • Designed to cover two adjacent terminals
  • Suitable for inter-cell busbar connections
  • Integrated mounting geometry for M6 hardware
  • Provides insulation and mechanical protection

Single Cover Versions

Designed for individual terminal protection.

Available opening configurations:

  • Half-circle (1/2 round) – for large gauge power cables
  • Quarter-circle (1/4 round) – for medium cables
  • Dual 1/4 openings – for balance wires and auxiliary leads

The covers reduce the risk of accidental contact between positive and negative terminals and improve overall pack safety during assembly and maintenance.

Recommended Printing Materials

  • PETG (recommended)
  • PETG-CF
  • ABS
  • ASA (for higher temperature environments)

PLA is not recommended for high-current or warm battery enclosures.

Notes

Designed specifically around EVE LF280K 280Ah cells with M6 studs and 71 mm terminal spacing.
Verify spacing and stud dimensions before printing for other cell models.
