Modern Spherical MagSafe Charging Stand Upgrade your desk setup with this elegant, modern MagSafe charging stand. Featuring a beautiful ribbed spherical design, it looks fantastic printed in Wood PLA, but works perfectly with any standard material like PLA, PETG, or ABS.
Compatibility Options Included: I have provided multiple versions of the charging head to ensure a perfect fit for your specific charger:
- MagSafe Clone: Designed for aftermarket chargers with a 57.5 mm diameter.
- Original Apple MagSafe (New): Precision fit for the current official Apple charger.
- Original Apple MagSafe (Old): Precision fit for the older official Apple charger.
đ Need a custom size? If your specific MagSafe charger or clone has a different diameter, just drop the exact dimension in the comments! I will do my best to modify the model and upload a custom version for you.
Features & Assembly:
- Simple 2-Part Design: The stand prints in two separate pieces (the spherical head and the base/arm) for optimal print orientation and surface finish.
- Easy Assembly: The two parts are securely joined using a single M3 screw (recommended M3x13mm, but the design easily accommodates any M3 screw up to 30mm in length).
- Cable Management: Features a discreet channel to route your charging cable neatly down the back.
Printing Recommendations:
- Material: Wood PLA (as shown in the photos) gives it a stunning, premium aesthetic. Standard PLA, PETG, or ABS also work perfectly.
- Infill: 15-20% is plenty for the head. However, you may want to use a higher infill or extra wall loops on the base to give it some extra weight, keeping the stand firmly on your desk when you remove your phone.
