45 ACP Moon Clip Box V2 - Webley, Smith, Colt

Summary

This is a remix of my original box. In this version, the lid slides in instead of being a clam shell type box as previously posted. The lid also has a graphic.

While I designed it around my Webley MKVI, my S&W 1917 and 22 having moved on, both the box and tray should be compatible with moon clips from other models using them including the Smith & Wesson models 22, 625, 1917, Governor and the Colt model 1917 revolver.

No supports are needed. the lid track is designed that way purposely. The lid itself will require a little dressing, with a file along the two long sides. This was done deliberately so I could get the fit and feel to my liking. I recommend wiping the edge of sliding lids with a tiny amount of paste wax like Renaissance Wax to improve glide.
