Description

Super Mario - Gym Bros

With Peach under constant threat Mario has no choice but to save her, however all this running and jumping is taking its toll on our pasta loving plummer. Only one choice, get buff and get fit. This muscle man Mario is ready to make on the threats of the mushroom kingdom and bowser himself. lifting him this time with one arm while throwing him around. With his iconic outfit, in red white and blue, moustache and gloves he stands tall and definant.

Printed in parts - NO AMS needed! Glue needed for securing most parts togther, however the end result is absoutely worthy of standing in your gaming setup, be it on your desk on on a shelf.

While printing Bane in his blue shirt another character seemed to fit the well deserved buffness of the model I was making, so I set about using assets I had created from that model to make this one. yes i did create a bane mask for Mario too, however it diddnt seem to look right, Mario being a villain. Available for those that want to give it a go however, just ask!

📌 Recommended printing settings:

  • Material: PLA
  • Layer height: 0.16 mm
  • Infill: 15%
  • Nozzle: 0.4mm

supports where nessesary - I have tried to make it so all have a surface contacting the plate however due to the detail and complexity of the modeling they sometimes require alot of support, so be aware and be carefull during support removal. Use a naked flame gentley and for short intervals to clean surfaces after removal

Assembly – Recommended Method on multipart models

  • Dry fit: Assemble all parts without glue to check alignment and fit.
  • Cleanup: Lightly deburr edges and pegs where nessesary with a file/modeling tool to ensure uniform contact. All parts are tested and fit together.
  • Optional fix: Use glue for permanent assembly.

NOT AI, NO AI COLOUR PICS WHICH DISGUISE A POOR DETAILED SINGLE COLOUR PRINT. REAL PRINTED RESULTS!

The Mario fits together better in terms of parts but with some processing no problem, nevertheless thank you very much for the nice model

Simply an absolutely awesome model with such a precise fit of the parts. Double Boost for that and Luigi will also be printed. Thanks

I have uploaded a print profile of the Luigi Variant, I mirrored the body etc so he was facing opposite to Mario so they could be stood side by side looking the same way. I have NOT printed it though, so i dont know how well it goes together, but i assume it will be fine as mario works well.

HI, he is aorund 30cm tall when complete. If you reduced all parts by the same scale then yes it can be shrunk, however i would test with the smallest parts first, that being the eyes, and see if the size is too small to handle properly.
